That means making an ink drawing every day of the month. This year I’m doing cars. I think I’ll collect them all into a mini book after the end of the month.

Suzuki Fronte Hatch is one of my faves. A tiny FR kei car from the 70s that is a hatchback. Strangely uses a completely different drive train than that used in the contemporary Fronte passenger car.

Wasn’t the hatch sold mostly as a commercial vehicle? There was a lovely one in decent shape on GooNet in a great shade if ‘70's olive green for a long time awhile back...similar to this one, but cheaper:

There is another interesting one on right now that I have never seen the generation of:

A bit expensive though...$9300 CAD... :(

Yes, the Hatch was a commercial vehicle and seems to share its running gear with Suzuki’s earlier trucks. Kind of weird since it is a lot less space efficient than the passenger car.

That’s really good. After Inktober’s over, you should offer your services to the Jalop crew - illustrations make every story better!
